Please read the policy carefully before making any bookings for tours or transfers operated by us at MM Adventure Travel and Discovery SDN BHD. The booking of any tour or transfer with us, making a reservation in other words, implies your full understanding and legally binding acceptance of the following terms.
The following policy is subject to change without prior notice.
- Should you wish to cancel your booking before the Tour Confirmation has been issued, the deposit payment will be 100% refundable.
- Should you wish to cancel the tour after the Tour Confirmation has been issued, the deposit payment will be 100% non-refundable.
- Should you wish to cancel the tour after the Tour Confirmation has been issued and 6 hours before the tour begins, and if you have already made the full payment for the tour, the amount designated as the deposit payment will be 100% non-refundable while the amount designated as the balance payment will be 100% refundable.
- Should you wish to cancel the tour either within 6 hours before the tour begins or once you have already been picked up for the tour, all payments collected, specifically the deposit payment and the balance payment will be 100% non-refundable.
- In the event of cancellation of any tour at any time by MM Adventure, whether due to “Force Majeure” or due to other circumstances, any payment that has been collected will be refunded after subtracting all unrecoverable costs that has already been incurred prior to the tour and / or on the tour.
- In the event of cancellation of any tour at any time by MM Adventure, whether due to “Force Majeure” or due to other circumstances, MM Adventure will not be liable for any additional costs incurred to you.
- No refunds will be entertained in case of any "UN-USED" services, activities or tours, and / or for any "NO SHOW". There will be no refund given for ANY unused services including missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals and / or hotel accommodations included in the tour package.
