Please read these terms carefully before making any bookings for tours or transfers operated by us at MM Adventure Travel and Discovery SDN BHD. The booking of any tour or transfer with us, making a reservation in other words, implies your full understanding and legally binding acceptance of the following terms.
The following terms are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposit Payment Terms
- A deposit is required to confirm each tour. Without the correct deposit payment, no arrangements will be made to confirm any tour.
- Deposits paid through PayPal are subject to a 4% E-commerce charge and a RM 5.00 surcharge. Deposits paid through other payment options may be subject to other bank charges.
- Deposits are 100% refundable if we are fully booked on your preferred date and no alternate can be arranged to conduct the tour. Deposits become 100% non-refundable once the Tour Confirmation or the Proforma Invoice has been issued.
- There shall be no refund of the payments whatsoever after the commencement of the trip.
Balance Payment Terms
- The balance payment must be paid to our driver guide when we pick you up on the tour date. If you refuse to pay the full balance payment when requested by our driver guide, we reserve the right to not let you board and cancel the tour.
- Balance payments made in cash should be paid in Malaysian Ringgit. For payments in other currencies, please let us know at least 24 hours before the travel date so that we can check the rates and confirm the exact amount.
- Balance payments made through credit / debit cards are subject to a 2.5% surcharge. For payments made through credit / debit card, please let us know at least 24 hours before the travel date so that we can make the necessary arrangements. The charge on your credit /debit card will read "MM Adventure Travel and Discovery SDN BHD".
- There shall be no refund of the payments whatsoever after the commencement of the trip.
