Kuala Lumpur City, Fireflies & Eagle Feeding Sit in Coach Tour

The tour begins with an insight into the old and new side of Kuala Lumpur, starting from where the city began, at the confluence of two rivers, on to the King's Palace, both the old and the new palace compounds, the National Monument, Independence Square, the Moorish-style railway station and much more.

While observing the contrast between the historical Moorish architecture and modern skyscrapers, you will not fail to notice the abundant greenery in the city, particularly at the Lake Gardens. A visit to a local handicraft centre is also included. Experience the charm and beauty of this wonderful city firsthand and discover what makes people who visit it want to come back again and again. At midday, lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After the tour in the city, you will begin your journey to Kuala Selangor.

Upon arrival, you will enjoy a visit stop to Kota Melawati, a Dutch fort built at the end of the 1700s formerly known as Fort Altingsburg. There you can feed silver leaf monkeys and admire the Melawati Hill Lighthouse while enjoying the breathtaking view of the Straits of Melaka. On the drive, enjoy enroute stops at a Malay Traditional House, rubber and palm plantations, a tropical fruit orchard and much more, depending on the weather and time of day. You will then proceed to the Kuala Selangor fishing village for the eagle feeding boat tour.

Dinner will be served overlooking the Kuala Selangor river where you will be able to watch the sunset as you enjoy a mouthwatering spread of local dishes. Finally you will proceed to Kampung Kuantan for the firefly river boat cruise. Our skilled local oarsmen will row you upstream in the quiet darkness to witness the scintillating display put on by the thousands of fireflies found in the mangrove swamp.
