If unexpected circumstances should arise and impact your holiday
plans, we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation
procedures and refund your money. Our rates of refund are as
follows:
All
cancellations must be in writing, via fax or mail or
email. There will be an administrative fee
of RM50.00 per person (unless otherwise indicated). All
Escorted Tours have a 100% non refundable deposit. The
following cancel penalties will apply for
cancellations, received in written, less than 60 days
prior to departure:

The
above rates are valid for all trips offered at
mmadventure.com, unless otherwise stated by
mmadventure.com confirmation of booking. For
authentication purposes, only written cancellation
notices (e-mail or fax) will be accepted.
The
refund will be made through money or bank transfer only. Please note that if your purchase was made
through a credit card, the amount you receive will
reflect a 5% + US$10.00 deduction from the full price
as a result of the processing fee charged for
e-commerce. Additionally, although
mmadventure.com will instruct the bank to handle the
crediting process immediately upon notification of
cancellation, it could take up to one to two weeks for
the actual crediting to take place, depending on your
Bank's practice or we will transfer your
deposit/payment via
