Booking and Reservation (Deposit)
It is NOT possible at this moment to check for availability of places / seats / dates via online or over the phone or email or from our enquiry form or online booking form as we have limited vehicles for the more than 50 tours that we have currently in our website and the booking confirmation is not in REAL TIME, it will be done manually by our booking department, please book online and we will sort your booking.
Basically, we need your deposit for alocating seats / vehicles for day tours or blocking of room/s for overland tours.
Due to limited vehicles we have for the tours. We will try our best to accommodate your travel with us, PLEASE do not submit the booking form without deposit.
At this moment we do not take any bookings through phone or email, all tours / trips / outings must be booked via our Online Booking Form.

What you should do to

Next to the tour price/s, you will see a reservation button, click on it and it will take you to the Online Booking Form.
Fill the Reservation form and click on the submit button, after submitting the Online Booking Form, it will take you to the payment page automatically.

At the payment page click on the Credit Card Button (PayPal). Upon clicking the button, it will take you to the PayPal Website and at the PayPal page, make sure to change the Quantity figure if you are travelling with more than one person, after you have changed the figure to the exact number of people travelling, then click on the Update Total in the next page at the paypal payment page.

Upon receiving your reservation form and deposit, Our Team (Sales and Booking Department) will inform you on your confirmation status of your tour within 30 minutes to 1 business day (sometimes it might take up to 3 days if there are holidays falling on that week or weekend.
In the worst case scenario, after your booking & deposit is made, and there is no place/s available for your requested date, we will inform you of an alternative date and if not possible for you to change the date, we will refund the deposit (100%) within 24 to 48 hours from the time you make your deposit.
You will receive an E-Tour Confirmation for your tour / trip. We attempt to provide your E-Tour Confirmation within 24 ~ 72 hours (if your tour / trip is in less than 10 days). If your tour / trip is within the next 72 hours, your E-Tour Confirmation will be processed as quickly as possible, usually within 1 to 24 hours.
What happens if you didn't make the deposit
If the said deposit is not paid within 30 ~ 45 minutes after you have submitted the Online Booking Form, your booking will be cancelled & the booking form deleted from our system and the IP address collected from the booking form will be blocked from future use of our website.
Please be advised, we have VERY clearly stated in our website that, if you are not comfortable or NOT interested in paying the deposit then you should not submit the Online Booking Form.
Payment / Deposit / Balance Payment
Deposit is required to secure your booking.
Deposit can be paid via
Credit Card, at this moment we accept Master / Visa / Amex (PayPal)
Cheque (for Malaysian and residents of Malaysia only), cheques must be cleared at least 60 days prior to your departure, otherwise your booking is considered invalid or cancelled.

The conversion rates are based on XE Currency Converter, minus 6 cents. (example SG$1.00 = RM3.00, we will based on RM2.94)
If you are taken to a deposit page after submitting the booking form, please proceed with the payment (DEPOSIT) via credit card (PayPal) or bank transfer (Maybank or POSB/DBS ) or Western Union.
All prices published in our website (mmadventure.com) is Nett and Correct, after submitting the booking form, please proceed to the deposit, we have clearly stated what the guest should do and not do.
Balance payment can be made via credit card a day before departure or on the tour day (subject to avaliable of Credit Card Machine) / bank transfer two weeks (14 days) before departure, or in CASH (Ringgit Malaysia) when we pick you up on the tour day.
Balance Payment (by Visa or Master)
If you opt to pay the balance payment for your tour
by Credit or Charge Card, additional bank surcharge of 2.5% based on total tour cost of your balance payment.
You can avoid this fee by paying cash in Malaysian Ringgit. The charge on your card will read "MM Adventure Travel and Discovery Sdn. Bhd."
