If you opt to pay the balance payment for your tour
by Credit or Charge Card we charge a Non-Refundbale surcharge of 2.5% based on total tour cost of your balance payment.

We are interested in booking your Batu cave - elephant sanctuary - Taman Negara trip for 3 days/2 nights. We are reluctant to provide our bank details until we know that the dates we would like are available. We would like to leave Kuala Lumpur on 24th July. There are 2 of us. When should I make the deposit / payment?
Option 1 - Most tours require a deposit as soon as you submit the online booking form
Option 2 - Upon receiving your booking form, (usully for Layover Tours), we will sent you an email contain details such as; Invoice, payment links and etc. Payment or deposit much reach us at the said time, otherwise your booking will be cancelled. After receiving your deposit, we will send you the tour confirmation.
Do I need to pay in full or can I pay in stages?
You pay a deposit as stated in the tour page/s, and the balance payment can be paid in CASH in Malaysian Ringgit, (if you are paying with this denomination US$ / Euro / SG / AUS$ / Pound, please let us know a few days before departure, so that we can work out the exchange rate for you) when we pick you up on the tour day.
Can we book the tour now and make the payment on the day of departure?

Only on certain tours, most tours require deposit to be paid in advance, and the balance (in cash - Ringgit Malaysia) you can pay on the day of departure.
I didn't make the payment after submitting the booking/reservation form because I wanted to wait until I got to Kuala Lumpur?
In this case, please do not submit your online booking form, it's caused us unnecessary paper works and waste of time. You can book the tour or call us when you or your group arrive in Kuala Lumpur, but we won't be able to guarantee any seat available for last minutes booking or departure and you still need to book the tour online.
